I’ve got no story, no camera, no friends that have a camera (or friends of friends). I don’t think I can write very well and I’ve got no money or really any time (this really is a bad start isn’t it?!). But despite all of this, I still want to make a film. One day.

I wouldn’t worry about the camera and equipment for now. You need to start somewhere and this would be with a story. Why don’t you write your idea – just a brief idea and post it here. Maybe it can be a collaborative effort and we can all give you ideas to help you with your want.
