  1. Start being creative in your every day tasks. Grocery lists that don't suck but become art. School lunches that inspire kids and teachers. Take 2 pictures on your camera phone everyday and start a gallery on flicker. Creativity is like a muscle, the more you use it the better it will become and the more fun and creative ways you will find to use, explore, and share your creative energy.

Buy a notebook and make it your new best friend. Don't let it leave your side. Start to write down anything and everything into it. Sketch, write, doodle. It all helps in just *releasing* creativity.

The more you put out the more you get back. Try to think of one thing you want to do and then break it down into the smallest of tasks. Make it a project. A fun project. Not a burden. People tend to think of an idea and stress because they don't have the time to complete it. When in fact they don't realise how long they've been thinking about it in the first place. They soon burn out and the idea/project dies.

What type of creativity do you want to explore? Write, draw, design, photograph, sing, dance? Maybe we can help you to find the starting point…
